Ingredients:
- 8 oz of krill meat, drained
- 2 cups of mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, carrots, and broccoli)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of corn starch
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Sesame seeds and green onions, chopped (optional)
Directions:
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and corn starch. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the krill meat and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until cooked through.
- Remove the krill meat from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add more oil if necessary and stir-fry the garlic, ginger and vegetables for 3-4 minutes, until they are crisp-tender.
- Add the krill meat back to the skillet and stir in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Serve the stir fry over rice or noodles and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, if desired.
