Everyone knows that appetizers are dishes that are served before main courses or are intended for a separate light meal.

Snacks are available cold and hot. They are prepared mainly from vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, meat, and fish. This recipe offers the user a cold appetizer made from eggs with antarctic krill meat. This dish is one of the new variations of the well-known stuffed eggs.

Ingredients and preparation procedure:

1. Boil eggs hard. To do this, put them in a small saucepan, fill them with water, and put them on the fire. Then cook for 7 minutes from the moment of boiling.

2. After the specified time has passed, transfer the eggs to another container and fill with cold water. This way they will cool down faster. Then peel the eggs and cut them in half.

3. Carefully remove the yolk, place it in a bowl, and mash with a fork. We also put krill meat here.

4. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press. Place in a bowl with the yolks and krill.

5. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and add it after the garlic.

6. Cut the boiled and peeled shrimp into several pieces and add to the rest of the ingredients.

7. Now fill the filling with mayonnaise, mix thoroughly, salt and pepper to taste. Fill the egg halves with the resulting mixture.

8. Serve the appetizer on a platter, sprinkle with paprika.

9. Wash and chop the green onions. We decorate the appetizer with it.
