Avocado Toast with Krill Meat


  • 4 slices of your favorite bread (sourdough, whole grain, or gluten-free)
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup cooked and drained KrillUSA Krill Meat
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil


  1. Toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispiness. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with a fork until creamy but still slightly chunky. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well.
